SpeedFest Clubs

Please note: car club allocation has now reached capacity. As a result no new car clubs will be accepted into the display.


Brands Hatch will transform into a mini ‘U-S of A’ on the weekend of 9-10 June with American SpeedFest VI, and owners of American cars and motorcycles are invited to come along to display their machines.

SpeedFest’s colossal American vehicle display is one of the key attractions at this event, with huge numbers of car owners turning out in many different variations of American vehicle from classics through to brand new models.

If you own an American car or bike, then why not display it at the event? All successful applicants for this display will receive:

  • One free admission ticket for the vehicle and owner. Please note any passengers will need a valid ticket, which can be purchased once your vehicle has been approved.
  • Car pass allowing the vehicle into a designated display area inside the venue.
  • Opportunity to take part in parade laps around the circuit (Sunday only).

How to apply: car clubs

As with individual owners, the application procedure is now online enabling each club to manage the process. To apply as a club, you’ll need the following:

-Register an account on the MSV website

-Name of club

-Main point of contact details

-Number of vehicle places required per day

Once your application for a club stand has been reviewed you’ll receive confirmation via email. Please note selection and/or the number of spaces requested is not automatic. If your space is approved, you will then be able to start uploading the individual club members’ details. This can either be done by the main point of contact or the link can be shared with the club so information can be added individually under the club name. Please note if one person uploads all the information, all tickets will be sent to them to distribute.

Once your club has been approved, you’ll need the following for each vehicle:

-Registration number

-An external picture of the car or bike (please note if an individual is uploading all club vehicle information, you may use one picture to represent the club)

-Owners name

-Owners mobile number

-Day vehicle is attending

Confirmation for club stand space should take no more than one week from the time of application. All E-tickets will be issued approximately two weeks prior the event. Alternatively, you can request tickets to be posted once you’ve received approval (please note postal charge will apply).

Due to the enormous popularity of American SpeedFest and the ever increasing number of attending car-owners, selection will not be automatic, and vehicle passes and parking areas will be allocated at the discretion of MSV.
